The Junction is the newer part of our church building, completed in 2011.

The name was chosen in the hope that it will be a ‘junction’ for people on their spiritual journeys – a place to encounter the love of God, to meet others and to experience the care of the church family.

The building has three rooms that are hired out to groups within the community and for church groups’ use, as well as other areas for meetings and fellowship.

To book a room, please contact Sarah Wright via the church office – office@cccw.org.uk

Accessibility

Do you or a family member or a friend have a disability, or something that might make attendance a bit tricky? Whatever it may be, you are all welcome.
When The Junction was built alongside the church we made sure that all parts of the church were as accessible as we could make them, and we want to support everyone in any way we can.

Getting in: there is a disabled parking area and step-free paved access from the car park right into the buildings.

Getting around: there is step-free access throughout both floors, and a lift to carry you and wheelchairs between them.

Taking Communion: we can, and do, bring the bread and wine to people, wherever they are in the church. Our bread is gluten free.

Toilets: there is a disabled toilet downstairs in The Junction.

Hearing: there are induction loops in the main church and in key parts of The Junction.

Baby Changing: there are facilities in the disabled toilet.

Child Minding: for most Sundays during the 10:30 service you can safely leave those aged 0-3 to be looked after in The Junction, where there are children’s toilets.

Assistance dogs: bring them in.
Dementia friendly? Yes, we are. There are two or three special accessible services each year but all our services are open to all.

Autism aware? We are aware that people with autism or Aspergers from different parts of the spectrum can have very different needs, so feel free to talk through any issues with us. Ring 01923 282149, or email office@cccw.org.uk.

Anything else? Not that we can think of to put down here, but do ring the church if you have a specific need that we haven’t mentioned. 01923 282149, or email office@cccw.org.uk. We’ll do what we can.
